Guinness Ghana says rights issue oversubscribed

ACCRA  - Guinness Ghana Breweries said on Tuesday that its rights offer to raise 70 million cedis was oversubscribed by 44.6 percent, allowing it to raise 101.22 million cedis.
Guinness Ghana announced the offer earlier this year, and had said 40 million cedis would be used for debt and interest payments, and 28.5 million for future capital expenditure.
